Thought for the Week!

Try a different style of yoga with a new instructor. You might be surprised to see yourself in a new pose, trying a new kriya or breath exercise, and it might be a great style that awakens your body in a new way. At our studio we have everything from Adult Beginner Ballet to Kripalu to Zumba. If you consistently come to one type of class or one instructor, venture out and try something new. Be sure to observe the observer and notice any changes that occur or the inpiration that comes from change.
